 The power of the gong is due to the unique qualities of sound — which affect both your mind and body in a profound way. At the mental  level, the sound of the gong can induce a meditative state because it  influences your brainwave activity through a process called entrainment 

 Solfeggio frequencies are a set of 9 electromagnetic tones that are reputed to have the power to heal and raise consciousness.  They form the basis of many ancient sacred music traditions dating back  as far as the 8th century, such as the Gregorian chants and Indian  Sanskrit chants.   Our Gemstone infused crystal bowls are tuned with the Solfeggio frequencies and also radiate the mystical properties of selected gemstones. 

In ancient Egypt, seven vowels served as sacred sounds, creating a strong euphony, or harmonic convergence. In addition to the human voice, Egyptian high priestesses played the sistrum in  ceremonies, a kind of rattle with metal discs attached to it that  generated an “ultrasound” to enhance healing, and which is still in use  today. The ancient Egyptians believed so strongly in the power and  sanctity of sound that there are no vowels present in their written  language of hieroglyphics.
