As I reclined in my space, feeling relaxed and open, she began the gong relaxation process. I immediately felt tingly throughout my body; energies were moving through me, and blockages were clearing out. I experienced a brief buildup of pressure in my head and joints, which quickly dissipated. My previously aching joints felt an ease I hadn't had in quite some time.
